Subject: A small question From: GUEST,A Worried Man Date: 06 Jul 01 - 09:06 PM I have a question here considering songs and how to "sell" them. How does one go about doing it? Do you just contact some one who you think might like it and show/sing/play it for them? What are the ethics involved in this sort of thing? When does it go from a polite "let me show you this" to an intrusion on the performer's time/space? I would really like to know. Thank you. |

Subject: RE: BS: A small question From: Amos Date: 07 Jul 01 - 12:31 AM I suggest you get a book called Songwriters Market 2000; it is full of suggestions for flogging songs. I am sure there are similar books as well. It's the only starting point I know of. A |
