Alice: Tt sounds like "Once More Chorus" from Leaving Friday Harbor.

One more chorus
One more song
One more chorus
And then we'll be gone

Down among the Deadmen, I need a beer after spending most of today out in the hot sun cheering my son's team in a soccer tournament. I also need to remember to wear more clothing to protect myself from the sun. OW!!!

In my head right now is the sound of a hamster making dull thuds as it rolls its exercise ball back and forth inside a large cardboard box...

Buffy doing "Piney Wood Hills". I don't think I've sung this in 20 years & probably haven't heard it in at least 10 but there it is & it's been there for the past week or so. So the only thing I could do was to relearn it again (in a lower register). Barry

Both took up residence a week ago and I may be given a masking tape mask at work if they don't go away.

At work, out of nowhere I started humming this old Jethro Tull song, and I can't remember the name of it now. Aagh! It's an instrumental, features flute and bass guitar. I'll remember it at 2 a.m., probably. Sharon

Most every morning, I wake up with some tune running through my head. Sometimes it's something interesting, somtimes it's some stupid jingle from a commercial, sometimes it's something that my mind remembers from a dream.

Right this very minute though, it would be the newest song I am trying to learn. And, of course, it is something Celtic. ;D

The second movement of Debussy's Images Pour Orchestre. I'm also hearing the second movement of Ponce's Sonata Romántica. I wonder how they would sound together? I guess I'm in a "quasi-classical mood" as well. But why is it that the second movements are almost always the best?

In the midst of all this music is a pretty girl. But I guess this isn't the thread for discussing that.

Vaughan Williams, English Folk Songs No.5 - Allegri String Quartet. I'm in a quasi-classical mood after a day in the garden tending to the woodpile, the roses, and the lawn.

Time for a nap. Mooh.

Right now? [ - - - - - - ]

However, yesterday about this time I was being driven slowly mad by several songs that I absolutely hate, and which one hears frequently on radios and in shopping centers, etc.

I will spare you all, and not name them.

Listening to a men's chorus sing the French National Anthem in honor of Bastille Day. (With Placido Domingo singing the solos.) I'm thinking it sounds nice.
