I've got some differing lyrics. I believe them to be the "official lyrics" although I admit I've always thought Seal sings "grave" and not "grey", too.

I seem to recall it being on the soundtrack for one of the Batman films. There is a site which has lyrics for songs in films. Can't recall which, but it is mentioned in some threads about Cold Mountain and Oh Brotherhere Art Thou.
Just a warning though - each page on the site tries to offload anything between 15 and 25 cookies onto your computer. I know - I blocked each one individually using Opera in semi-blocking (ask for permission) mode.

Mind you, Seal has said publicly that he won't release the "official" lyrics for any of his songs, on the grounds that if someone hears it a particular way and it means something to them, then they're welcome to that interpretation. Seems like a cop-out to me...
