I am looking for the chords for the song "Follow" by Richie Havens. Also, "The Pony Man" which is older than Gordon Lightfoot but was sung by him on Gord's Gold II. Also, if you know the chords to Cat Steven's: "Wild World" From the album tea for the tillerman or "How can I tell you" from Teaser and the firecat I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi - I found the Cat Stevens songs on the On-Line Guitar Archive, also known as OLGA. Didn't have any luck with Lightfoot or Havens. You might want to try the alt.music.lyrics newsgroup.

The Pony Man (by G Lightfoot `1968). In the GL Anthology vol. I shows chords G-C-D with the note to capo up 2 frets so the key is really A.

(G)When it's midnight on the meadow and the (C) cats are in the (G)shed.

And the river tells a (C)story at the (D)window by my bed.

If you (G) listen very closely, be as (C) quiet as you (G) can.

In the yard you'll (C) hear him, It (D) is the Pony (G)Man.

Anyone looking for details about LIghtfoot songs might check the newsgroup rec.music.lightfoot

Here are some other sites for the chords & tab for "How Can I Tell You" & "Wild World". (Sorry I haven't taken the time yet to learn how to link them, so you'll have to cut & paste the URLs, but it's worth it).

I've had trouble finding things by Havens as well. . . You might try a site that's been dedicated to the Village performers of the sixties. . . there also might be a good site that has a full list for Woodstock's performers' music. . .links are everywhere. Good luck!

Thanks for the alert - OLGA seems to have settled down to a relatively stable home, http://www.olga.net/ (click here)
Well....it's not working now. I hope it's up tomorrow. You may have to go to Germany and get it at LEO.
