Subject: request for advice From: Date: 21 Jan 98 - 01:35 PM I am part of a group in Yellowknife, NWT, Canada. We recently had a Christmas album made using a CD company in Toronto. They screwed us pretty badly--made a mistake with the CD's which the failed to correct before pressing 1000 copies. They refused to take responsibility for their error, and we were forced to pay the full amount for a sloppy job. We are drafting a formal letter of complaint to the company. which we will be forwarding to the Better Business Bureau of Toronto. Are there any other similar organizations we cane voice our complaints to that we haven't thought about? We will be spreading the word about this company ourselves. Is there anything else we should do? |
