Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee (duo) Lyle Lovett and his large band. Chet Atkins, Merle Travis and Doc Watson (trio) Lenny Breau (solo) Taj Mahal (solo and with full band.) and to close... Bill Monroe including Kenny Baker, Flatt and Scruggs Cover charge: $75.00 a ticket, sold out performance at the Opry, all proceeds go to Max and Mudcat.

I'm in to too much variety for just one festival, unless there's no topic.- Doc Watson, Norman Blake, David Russle, Ana Vidovic, Hugh Masekela, Paul Simon, Angelit, John Stephan Band, Sparky Rucker, John Jackson, Anggun, Bross Townsend, Ralph Stanley, Earth Wind and Fire (with Maurice White), Al Green.
Brought back to life- I'd have to ad a bit to this list. But this list is a good start. |

Johnny Collins and Hilary Spencer (Artisan) immediately spring to mind for those who would be lost without the VOLUME. For me? anyone confident accoustically. |

The rules were simple you had an unlimited budget and could have anyone dead or alive. We had some cracking entries including a spooky one which had as one of the acts 'the Gratefull Dead as long as there all dead at the time' (Got back from the festival to find Jerry Garcia had actually died!!) the one I liked was:- Friday- Spinners RE-union Concert; Sat- Spinners Farewll Concert |
