Subject: Help: looking for author of 2 poems From: Rich(bodhránai gan ciall) Date: 26 Aug 01 - 05:09 PM My grandmother asked my to look on this new-fangled computer thingie and try to find the author of these 2 poems. One begins: Carve me an angel, sculptor And let your stone be white. So white that it will shimmer, Reflecting back the light. The second reads Still sits the schoolhouse by the road A ragged beggar sleeping (next line unknown) And blackberry vines are creeping. Rich |
