I just got a new computer and I notice that my browser is doing funny things to the characters I had typed as bullets [alt-8]. They now look like something else. So here is the information again without any attempt at those special charcters.

Alison Kelly has a dear friend, Darren Bohan, who was working on the 102nd floor of 2 WTC at the time of the attack. No one has heard from him or about him since. Alison had invited Darren to back her up at the Songwriters in the Tradition concert on October 2nd and he agreed. Let us pray that Darren is there to keep his word.

And let me remind everyone that the prayers of an infidel like me count just as much as those of the most devout believer.

The Powers That Are accept prayer from all.

Sorry to hear about your friend.

I just left Alison about an hour ago. She is not yet ready to give up all hope, but she is planning on dedicating her October 2nd set to Darren Bohan. In any event, New York Pinewoods Folk Music Club is dedicating all events through the end of October to to the victims of the events of September 11th and to their families and friends.

Yes, I now realize that what I thought was a bullet now gets read as a Euro sign. I'm still recovering from decimalisation. Will future generations know what's meant by lyrics such as this?

The village banker he was there,
And acting very strange,
He shoved a shilling up his arse,
And farted thruppence change.
