You can hear the recording by Huey Smith and the Clowns at the Internet Archive.

Both the record label and the listing in the Catalog of Copyright Entries uses the spelling "Rocking" although lots of discographies and covers of the song use "Rockin'." (This is important to know if you do a Google search.)

The original recording had a Part 1 (that is, side 1) containing the vocal given above and a Part 2 that was instrumental except for some miscellaneous shouted exhortations like "Well, all right!" "Ah, let's mess around!"

The listing at the Internet Archive is somewhat messed up. Normally the different numbered digital transcriptions are the same source made with different styluses, to show nuances of sound quality, but in this case, the two parts are mixed together. The ones with the timing 02:28 are Part 1 and the ones with the timing 02:26 are Part 2.

Spotify has a huge number of covers of this song.

By the way, I figure "rocking pneumonia" is a pun on the more familiar term "walking pneumonia." See Mayo Clinic: Walking pneumonia: What does it mean?
