he is a fanastic songwriter. I saw him a few years back here in Oz. amazing ability to take the zudiences from laughter to tears and back again......

He'll also be on Prairie Home Companion in November.

He is as good a storyteller as he is a singer.

And he will be appearing at Pete Brown's Office in Grand Rapids, Michigan on (I believe) it is November 3. Can't wait!

TTR, according to his website it is a place called Alberta Street Public House...on October 13th. He will be appearing with Gerry O'Beirne. The tickets are 15 bucks.

and oh boy...I just found out Tom Paxton will be coming into Forest Grove in February....

Amergin, can you give me more info. about Tom Paxton coming to Forest Grove? That's where I live, and hardly anyone well known ever comes here (although we do have a number of good local musicians).

Winnie, he will be playing at Pacific University in McCready Hall.... on Saturday February 2nd 2002..tickets can be bought at Fastixx...
