"Things are just too iffy here in the city. There have been various closings such as Grand Central Station, La Guardia Airport was temporarily evacuated, and bridges and tunnels are still closed. As I was typing this e-mail Joy (Bennett, Pinewoods pres.) called and told me that it's a moot point, since Brooklyn Polytech announced that they would be closed."

Awwww, Mary. I am here in Massachusetts. I was going to leave tomorrow.

However, I will take a raincheck on the dinner. The hippie in me can never turn down a free meal :-)

Actually, I had hoped that if you were in NYC we could arrange an impromptu song circle at my co-op. Could have been good for everyone. Hold on to the raincheck. No expiration date.
