BS: The Annexe - Help Sought

The Annexe keeps on going down (sometimes daily, mostly weekly) because of a problem that to the best of my knowledge lies with my provider. It can not be reset my end and it affects all DB driven ASP pages on my site (some not even using the forum).

My provider are aware of the problem and even suggested that moving me to one of there new servers would cure the problem.

This time round, since reporting the lock up, I have not even received an email reply saying they are going to do anything, let alone get reset.

Please, even you don't use the site, vist my site and see what happens.

Sorry to do this but I'm not happy being ignored for several hours (1st email sent 15th sept 3:18PM, 2nd 15th Sept 11:47PM - my time - subtract 5hrs for MC time - and feel like a lone voice. Also, others may be getting the same problems.

Yes they do! They have been back to me and have set me up on a new server. I've just completed transferring all the stuff from one to the other.

Apparently it can take up to 48 hours for jonbanjo.com to point to the new address. In the meanwhile, I have put a link up on the old pages which should automatically redirect to the new site for most people.

Just in case, they take the old site down before all the changes take effect, the forum can be found at http://66.33.82.64/forum.

I'm just hoping this does cure the problems once and for all,
