I can't understand the lyrics, but there's a group called the Penny Cocks that does a song called "(I Wanna Be a) Dictator." All I can make out is "I wanna be a dictator, be a superhuman."

I heard a guy from Seattle do a Song I wanna be a dictator. I remember the part ; I wanna raise some little kids and call them dic tator-tots.
