I have tried several times to punch this into a forum search, and it won't go through, so I'm posting a new thread. Carole King (and Gerry Goffin?) wrote a wonderful song that begins, "Now and forever ...". I think that is the title. It was sung in the movie, A League Of Their Own. Can someone post the lyrics and chords, please? Thanks.

Hi, Genie - I found a small collection of Carole King lyrics here (click), but not the song you're seeking. Remember that Mudcat is mostly folk music, so you'll probably have to find a song like that elsewhere. I'd suggest you go to www.google.com, and enter an exact phrase from the song in quotes.
I went to google and entered "now and forever" "carole king" and found this (click) and this (click).

I didn't expect to find it in the DT, but I thought it might be in a forum thread, as so many different kinds of songs are. Thanks for going to the trouble to look in Google for it.

Looking at them now, I'm impressed with how fitting they are for the thousands who have lost loved ones in the recent terrorist attacks. So I am posting them here.
