Bukka White's last performance?

Any blues historians know? Reason i'm asking is i have about 20 minute interview from Memorial Day weekend 1976 from "Bukka White Day" in Houston, MS. that i got from station archives and transferred to CD. He came back to his hometown and played on the square. Bukka had a debilatating stroke on his way to Boston on July 4 of same year and most certainly did not perform publicly before his death early in 1977. Someone who went to see him in hospital said he was in bad shape then, so was Houston his last performance or did he do some more between then and July 4? Since i play some of Bukka's songs i was just curious.
