Subject: If I had the wings of a swallow From: Inger Christensen Date: 10 Feb 98 - 03:24 PM Hi, does any body know the name of the song and the full lyrics. I know as much: Oh, if I had the wings of a swallow, I would fly right over the sea That rocky old road I would follow, to a land that is heaven to me. Way down in the west, where the sun sinks to rest I'll bulid me a nest In a dear little town in the old county down........ I could not find it in the database And do you know if Chris Barber has ever recorded it ?? Thanks for your attention |
