Hi all,

I had the pleasure of seeing Ron Hynes in Nova Scotia last month and was blown away by his talent. It's little wonder why his songs are covered by many artists. I've talked to him since and he's interested in doing shows around Philly, PA (and elsewhere in the States, I'm sure). I'm not a promoter but I would love to see him play down here even if I have to organize it myself. I was wondering if other Mudcatters in the area would be up for a Ron Hynes show. Also, if any professional coordinators want to put the show together, I could help you with getting in touch with Ron and seeing the project through. I was also thinking that it would be great if a number of singer/song writers got together to do a show in the area. Any thoughts?

I'm no where near Philly, but as a fellow Newfoundlander, who has seen him perform several times , I agree that he has lots of talent. Good luck with your show!!!
