Actually, in a bizarre, other worldly way, Ken you ARE! But I gotta agree with Marty, it's 'cause you don't try to be.

You're a good picker, and in my book, that's cool.

Rick

I'd say that means she thinks very highly of you "grandad Kendall"!

My 15 year old grand daughter says I am "way cool" is that good?

Thanks Rick. Your type of hobby (although I'd never have thought of that) was along the lines of things I thought I may be able to house on more than just a one off thread there. My capacity is limited but there would be even room to try a leather carving forum - moderated by yourself if there was sufficient interest amongst Mudcatters.

Like I said before, I tread a sort of tightrope - trying not to detract from the spontanous BS threads here but trying to provide a home where a shared intrest can be talked about in more depth than is possible here without the "invading too far on music" feelings get too much for people in the main forum (if that makes sense).

Jon

Nice place Jon. Friendly and non-contentious. Hope that's the way it always is. I'm enjoying discussing my 'hobby', and finding out that others share an interest in it.

Rick

After a couple of years of sporadic mudcatting I have to say that Jeri sure gets my vote in the 'cool' sweepstakes. Some people try soooo hard, she doesn't. Now that's cool. I haven't looked at the Annex yet, but it sounds interesting so I guess I'll check it out and see how cool Clinton's post is. Biggish grin!

Clinton, you are alive, aren't you? ;-)

Seriously uncool people worry about being cool, so I guess I must be cool. But I'm not worried about it.

AND I HAVE MY COOKIE BACK!!!

Jeri, I never screw around...

Clinton, it appears it didn't like the single quote in your signature - I think I have fixed that problem now.

Clinton, I'm voting for alive and uncool.

I can't reset my cookie either. My ISP can't find any of the servers, and I have to use the IP number. All will probably be well in a day or so.

As to the Annexe, it sounds like you're trying to type your message somewhere where it the database thinks it shouldn't be. Maybe Jon's screwing around with something.

How are you getting onto the 'cat? if it is by ip address - that is probably why you can't reset your cookie.
