Lyr Req: 'Drinking salty Margaritas with Fernando'

When I was little my mom used to listen and sing to a song with lyrics something like... "in my sweet dreams we are in a bar and it's my birthday and I'm having my picture taken with Fernando" (or drinking margaritas with Fernando!). I've asked her about it, and she says it's a Bonnie Raitt song, but I can't find it anywhere. It's driving me nuts. It had a pretty tune, and I'd like to sing it myself. Thanks :)
