Subject: RE: Lyr Req : THE GROOVERS SONG From: GUEST,JohnB Date: 20 Dec 01 - 12:43 PM The only reference to Groovers I remember was the Peter Cook and Dudley Moore song which has the line "I'm a Mississippi Groover Yeah!" in it. JohnB |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req : THE GROOVERS SONG From: Jim Dixon Date: 26 Dec 01 - 03:10 PM The same song was previously requested in this thread, which contains a bit more information, but not the complete lyrics. Spike, if your original question wasn't answered, and you want to ask it again, it's generally better to refresh the original thread rather than start a new one. |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req : THE GROOVERS SONG From: George Seto - af221@chebucto.ns.ca Date: 07 Jan 02 - 07:52 PM I seem to remember another thread from the last week or two which asked for the same song. I know I posted a couple of times in it. It sounds like something Richard Grainger might have written. HE has written a number of songs referencing the Teesdale area. |
