In the mid-fifties Sabrina was featured on Arthur Askey's TV show, the gimmick being that she was "well built" but didn't speak. I have a couple of Goon Show tapes which mention her.

"Is it real or is it ...?" I remember in 1947 one of the 'big' girls (no pun intended) from High School used to wear sweaters- and she looked kind of like that. A little early for siliconic assistance so might have been natural.

I do however have very clear boyhood recollections of Anita Ekberg, a Swedish starlet constructed along similar lines.
