Hey all you DC area catters.

If you're not doing anything the night of Saturday March 16th at about 8:00 PM, you could come have some fun with me and mine at the Cramer Center 9008 Center Street, Manassas, VA for "A Pyrate Home Companion". The show is a parody (obviously) of A Prairie Home Companion. We'll be performing Sea Shanties and nautical music as "The Pyrates Royale", Bluegrass and Western as "The Weeds", and Irish tavern music as "The Hooligans", as well as improv comedy scattered throughout. One year, we did a comedic reading of "Gunga Din", so ya never know what ye'll get.

And, if you already have plans for Saturday, we'll be singing at a Thai restaurant called "Bangkok Blues" at 926 W. Broad Street, Falls Church, VA the following day on St. Paddys day proper. An evening of Thairish music, and some wonderful food...avoid the green beer crowd altogether.

Oh, that sounds like fun! Sadly, I'm not only far away but otherwise engaged; do hoist a mug o' grog for me, though....aaaarrrrgggghhhh!

You gotta be kidding! At the same time is Joe Hickerson's concert for FSGW at the WES auditorium.
