NOT to be missed, if at all possible. And wear your Mudcat T-shirts (or patches) so we can say hello. What? You don't have one? That's easy enough to correct.

Waiting now to hear if I am getting a gig that weekend - if so , I won't make it - otherwise I may try... (it's about 8 hours for me.)

WAAAHHH! My rotten daughter is graduating from high school that weekend! I've tried to explain to the family that I would be at Mystic. I've tried to hire a stand in. I've even tried to get the school to re-schedule the event for the following weekend. But would anyone listen to me? No! It appears that I have to be present at the graduation of the younger daughter just as I was for the older one. Argh!

Have a great time, gang!

Since I can't go to Mystic I will try to get to Old Songs. I may even have the use of a camper and my fiancee may be able to go along!

I'm planning to attend, one way or another. In addition to the concerts and workshops, there are always shanty sessions that last long into the night, sometimes long into the following morning. One of the workshops being coordinated by Danny McLeod will focus on the sea poems of C. Fox Smith.

"The Baggies" will be there although - not part of the main event.

Baggyrinkle (Swansea Shantymen), Wales UK are also performing at the "Songs Of Sails" festival at Kennebunk and at one or two venues during the time between the two festivals.

We are very much looking forward to it.

Actually, my good friend, Tom Lewis is playing also.

Expecting it to be a riot. Just hope that nothing comes up to throw the wrench into my plans...

We've talked about going since about the first year we were married (the kid's almost 20 now....) so it's time we got off the dime.

There will be at least three 'Catters amongst the Baggyrinkle party - myself and Michael-in-Swansea being the others. We're not allowed to wear non-regulation T-shirts in public, but talk to us anyway, we're mostly harmless.

Have to see what's left over after the house-buying. My grandsons will have their 4th b-day just a month before. It'd be great to get out to see them and all of you. Hmmm....there's always the new credit card!

Barry, you had onions implanted, too? Practical, I guess, but I never heard of that actual treatment before.

We'll be there again this year. Much looking forward to linking up with other Mudders.

The actual schedule should be on their website "soon." They've promised me one by mail & those are freely available.
