Hornpipe to go with 'My Donald'?

I love singing "My Donald" and am looking for an appropriate hornpipe to follow it with. Something a little sad, beautiful, in Am. Any ideas? I could find tons of Am hornpipes at JC's Tunefinder, but I'm looking for specific recommendations. thanks.

I think a NW english band called the Wassailers used to do a tune either before or after 'My Donald'. I think the tune was the 'Whitby Whaler' and it may or not have been a hornpipe. Sorry I can't be more vague! I used to have the album but it went to a good cause a few months back. If I remember rightly treaties1 (Theresa) on the Mudcat got the album so it may be worth a PM.

I'm probably wrong - (usualy am:-( ) but it may be worth a try???
