Stuck CD

Subject: Stuck CD

I have a Sony 5-CD changer, and somehow a CD got stuck inside, probably above the tray. I can't get it out, and I can't get the tray to close!
I'd appreciate helpful suggestions.

Take it to bit's .I am good at taking thinhs to biys but not good at puyying thim back together, one day I toio k my motorbike engine apart but i ended up with loods of extra bits and IH ad to take ir to the garage to get fixed so be careful and keep all the bits tidy.john

Read the manual, there might be something helpful in that. And I take it you've tried rebooting it by pulling the plug and putting it back. And that it's not still on warranty.

If you were in Harlow I could tell you where to take it to find a bloke who sorts out things like that for a reasonable price. Thta oif course isn't in itself a helpful suggestion, but the point is, there's likely enough someone in your part of the world who can do that kind of thing.

The DIY stores sometimes have a notice board with cards for people who can fix things.
