If you were to type anna thea into the "Digitrad and Forum Search" on the main Forum page, you would find much of what you are looking for; most particularly this discussion of it, which has run on-and-off for some four years:

Lyrics for Anathea stole a stallion

hi there y'all i am trying to find out the origin of the song Anna Thea; is the song and the tune original with Judy Collins? is it a traditional tale that she adapted? maybe i should send this request to Judy Collins herself

Hi Miriam,
The link in Malcolm Douglas' post has quite a bit of information..you might be able to find what you're looking for (or some good clues) there.

Isn't this Lazslo Feher?

I think it appeared on a Rae Fisher album on Trailer Records in the 1970s. It's a song about horse stealing and its consequences, Anna Thea (?) being one of the dramatis personnae.

Dave Bruton of the Old Crown FC in Birmingham had a lisp and insisted on singing this: the first line going 'Lathlo Feher thtole a thtallion ...'

This is one of those times when somebody has found an old, forgotten discussion here, probably via google or similar, and has asked a question that is already extensively answered in another thread (begun 11 years ago) that they haven't looked at.

If you check the link to that discussion that I put here six years back, you'll find pretty much everything that's known about it (and a fair bit that is only surmised, not necessarily accurately). If anybody has anything new to say, it would best be said there rather than here.

I'll repeat the link.

Lyrics for Anathea stole a stallion

Think it has to be 'Lazslo Feher'. I have it on a 45 by Dave and Toni Arthur, with 'Bushes and Briars' on t'other side.

I haven't yet investigated Malcolm Douglas's limk, but I shall, with anticipated pleasure.

Judy Collins rescued it from Bert Lloyds wastepaper basket.
