This, I think, is the one.

Little Georgia Rose

Now come and listen to my story
A story that I know is true
About a rose that bloomed in Georgia
With hair of gold and a heart so true

CHORUS:
Way down in the blue ridge mountains
Way down where the tall pines grow
Lives my sweetheart of the mountains
She's my little Georgia rose

Her mother left her with another
A carefree life she had planned
The baby now she is a lady
The one her mother couldn't stand

We often sing love songs together
I watched her do her little part
She smiled at me and I would tell her
That she was my sweetheart

(From HERE)

I've noticed the Bluegrass Lyrics website, wonderful resource and labor of love that it is, sometimes has incomplete or incorrect lyrics. Here, only in the spirit of being helpful, are a few corrections for the lyrics posted by Masato.

About a A little rose that has bloomed in Georgia
With hair of gold and a heart so true true blue

The baby now she is a lady

We often sing sang love songs together

She smiled at me and when I would tell her

I've always sung it as "With hair of gold and eyes so blue," but my sense of a lot of bluegrass songs is that you restructure the grammar to suit yourself (or yo'sef)! :)
