I don't know if I actually have a microphone hookup on my laptop, which is what I have to use now that my desktop has a bug. I stuck the mic in a little hole that looks sort of appropriate, but I don't know if I've done the right thing.

Someone tell me how to get into Paltalk and I'll give it a shot, if you're still there ...

Wyowoman, if you can play a music CD and hear it, you have a sound card, so it's merely a matter of getting it set up. If your computer is new enough, it may have a microphone built in, but if not you can buy an adequate microphone at Radio Shack for less than $15 US, probably less than $10. You would need to get into the setup program for your sound card to be sure that a microphone is enabled.

I stepped out after three hours to help my partner out and never made it back. But it is always full of great music and musicians.

I am truley sorry to miss hearing my Sister Kat sing though!!

And even if I practised my yodeling it would still sound the same!! But WyoWoman said to ignore hecklers *BG*
