Digtal Tradition PC Problems?

I have not been able to connect with Digital tradition for several days using PC's. I have tried different connections and computers at work. (At first I thought our corp. server was blocking me but I went outside the network and still could not connect.) Yet I have been ok connecting with my mac at home. Any body else having this prob? Any Ideas for fixes?

Not able to connect at work Nick(Who wants some pennywhistle music to play on lunch break!)

Do you mean the online version of the DT here at Mudcat - or one of the other sites?

Yet Another Digital Tradition site appears to be up.

Just tried the link you posted to no avail. sniff.numachi.com

As I said I have tried it on a computer not tied to our network but no connection either.

Strange. I am in Connecticut though I don't see how my location could make a difference.

Anybody else having probs? Is it a karam issue?

Nick - location could make a difference. there are a couple of routers out in North America at the moment - several more in "poor health"

Perhaps that is the problem, as I said I can connect on my Mac at home, so I gues I'll have to "Brown Bag it" ( as in bring from home)for my lunch music for a while! Thanks for your input

It appears MudCat is run on a MAC system. However, they use an emulation of the PC Microsoft System known as NT. Sometimes their is a code error which is corrected by rebooting the MudCat Server. If you are getting a message about a "Pipe Overflow Error" it is about a Mac trying to be a PC and not about your plumbing.

I was lost for about three weeks around Christmas. When I finally reconnected, I found it had been there the whole time. I still don't know why I was incommunicado.
