Unfortunately the Internet Archive is gone. I've been on a hunt for this tune for a while now. Boy, if anyone has a copy, I'd sure be grateful.

I would like to score and program a MIDI file for the tune.
I met a vivacious retired theatre & stage performer who still performs this tune when she can find a pianist who has even heard of the tune!   She's pushing 90 and is almost completely deaf but she still can sing! And, she still has a spark in her eye, and can strut her stuff, as much as her aging body will allow.
