My only thoughts as far as the net goes would be at JC's Tune Finder.....Here are some French category songs.....click on GIF to see the sheet music....although you just get the melody line.

Not (necessarily) web based, friends...I think he's looking for partitions, commercially available, for music by, for example, Brel, Piaf, Brassens... Can I pass this through the list one more time? Thanks again.
