OK, I'm one of the guilty guests who contributed to the "How Should We Treat Guests" thread.

I realize now how futile it is for guests to get involved in those member/troll threads, so I'm going to give us a guests our own pledge thread to resurrect when the guest bashing threads crop up.

But not only do I pledge not to contribute to any more of those threads, I pledge to not respond to any posts calling the identity of the guest into question.

I never post as a guest, unless my cookie stuffs up, I always sign my name - so even if my coookie did stuff up you'd know it was me. I say what I think, sometimes it may be contraversial, non PC or out of character, but hey, thats what a community is all about, I don't need to hide behind a facade, I always try to see another's point of view and help where I can. Perhaps I'm not playing the game right?

hey i thought the poinnt of a public pledge was to make sure other people coulld chek up on you and see if you broke yur pledge - they can't do that if you dont say your name - youre the same guest who said public shaming is a great way to make people behave - i guess youre not willing to try that method yurself are you?
