These are what I use
Fare(D)well to Tarwathie, (G)adieu Mormond (D)Hill
And the dear land o' Crimond, I'll (G)bid you fare(D)weel
I'm bound out for Greenland and (G)ready to (D)sail
In hopes to find riches in (G)hunting the (D)whale

I use Crimond (The Lord's my Shepherd) as an intro and use the last line between verses - after all, it's mentioned in the 2nd line of the first verse - it fit's beautifully.
