Maritime Music Mayhem!

Anybody going to the Maryland Maritime Heritage Festival in Annapolis (MD, USA) this weekend?

http://www.mdmaritimefestival.org/

The Pyrates Royale and Bob Zentz will be there on Sunday, and the Liverpool Judies (anybody got a web site for the LJ's?) and Them Eastport Oyster Boys on Saturday.

The AOL home page for Bob Zentz seems to have disappeared, anybody have a current one?

Don't know what happened to Bob's site, guess I'll find out Sunday! Still trying to find the Liverpool Judies, but I keep getting lyrics pages!

We'll be playing there, Vince! Glad to know Bob Z will be back as well. That guy seriously rocks.

I plan to be there on Sunday. Sorry I'll miss yall at the Southerm MD Celtic Festival, but it almost a even split, on Saturday, do I go 72 miles southeast to Jefferson Patterson Park (Oh My!) or 72 miles west to Ft Frederick Market Fair and Rifle Frolic? Men firing at each other wins over guys with knobby knees in dresseskilts any day, plus period sutlers!

Don't ya hate people who post to a thread, just to bump it back to the top of the list?

I understand the thing about gunpowder vs/caber toss, Vince, though I don't share your take on it.

I have decided that my brain is too addled for me to handle black powder...it's best for all involved. But, in the end, I can see the attraction many have for it.

In any case, have a metric buttload of fun on Saturday, and we'll see ya Sunday! :D

Heads up!

Just found out that the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Walk is also taking place this Sunday, so ya gotta park in Annapolis proper, parking at N/MC stadium is for the walk only...

Give Bob Zentz best wishes from Roll & Go and ask him when he's trekking up to Maine. Have a great time and provide us some tidbits from the Festival.
