Hello All,

I'm planning a trip to Scotland this summer and have been checking out the web for music festivals and the like. I've come across the Speyfest 2002 site in Fochabers and was wondering if any 'Catters out there might have some knowledge of the festival, accomodations etc. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi there. Im from huntly, about 20mins from fochabers. Speyfest is a very very good festival! i was there last year and it was brill! have u tried the speyfest website? www.speyfest.com u might find some stuff in there. If you can't, just give me a shout and i'll do my best to find out some stuff and any questions you got, ask away!!

Hello Shonagh,

The trip is now all in the formative phase. I hope to attend Speyfest and possibly do a report of it for radio. My wife and I are from the Niagara area of Ontario, Canada. I play local pubs and do some freelance work. are you a musician. I'll get back to you once I know for sure about dates etc. Thanks, Francis
