I believe that this is the name of this old country/folk song, but, if it is not, then these words will definitely appear several times, in the lyrics. Probably around 1920-1940 vintage.

Greatly appreciate any help.

The only thing Google found is here(CLICK). The line only appears once, and you have to scroll down (or use the Find button). I also checked Cowpie and Levy.......nothing helpful.
