My Dad was a young man during the summer before the war. We lost him last year and hearing this song reminds me of him talking about those idyllic days. Unfortunately, there are no chords at all on the net for this song so I decided to chord it myself. It is in Bb, played in G shapes with a capo on the third fret. The only odd chord seems to be a C minor (which is fretted 031010). I've done a lyrics / chord sheet and if I get enough requests I will post it firstly via Mudcat. Kind regards Alan H |
