In the last time I learned a song called "Donald McGillavry" I think Andy M.Stuart sang it with "Silly Wizzard" Can anybody tell me something about this man. My Questions: Who was he? Where did he live? What did he in history? Thanks for help if you can!!

He was a captain in the Clann Chattan regiment and a Jacobite that fought at the Battle of Sherrifmuir on Friday 13th November, 1715. He was from the Isle of Mull.
