A version of The Gallant Ninety-Twa is in the forum, here if I got the blickie right. Looks similar, but it is not necessarily Archie Fisher's version The Gallant Ninety Twa

Sorry, Glade, I only have an unchecked version of The Gallant 92 (I'll try and find the time to check it against Archie's recording), and I've tried and failed abysmally to take down the lyrics of O Charlie. I really wish someone would manage that!

Ewan McColl has a "Charlie O Charlie" which begins:

CHARLIE O CHARLIE

O Charlie O Charlie come o'er fippet gair
And I'll gie ye oer tae your orders
For I maun awa' tae the high hieland hills
For a while tae leave the bonnie Buchan borders.

At least that's how I recall it as beginning; the orthography of my liner notes is truly bizzarre. If anyone is interested in the rest of this song, I'll fill in the rest of it; otherwise not.

There's a set of that one in Ord too, as it turns out, with music, and several in Greig-Duncan volume 3; the odd bit is usually come owre frae Pitgair or similar.

I did a new "help" thread on this one. It definitely is not on DT, and I can neither figure out the orthography, or, for sure, the subject matter. It is ostensibly about country life, but sounds like it has a political meaning. (Jacobite?) The liner notes characterize it as a "farmer's portrait."
