Just found out recently that it's actually the 2nd Sidmouth weekend starting 7th August as apparently it's always the 1st Friday in August, so it's slipped a weekend this year. Hope this doesn't create problems for anyone!

Yes indeed Crow Sister, it's usually on the first Sidmouth weekend. Not called Cotswold Capers now & other friends are running it, but it's still a good weekend of camping, singing, beer & music! See you there?

Croc and I might go on the way to Sidmouth. Some friends are going and they really rate it.

hey where did my post go? all I wanted to say was look in cresby.com but there isn't much around Lechlade.
Walk from the Trout to the Church and read Shelley's poem inside then look at the plaque on the vicarage wall - you have just walked in Shelley's footsteps.

Lovely venue on the riverside near Lechlade ....... super pub supplies all needs ........ marquee behind for entertainment. Excellent small festival run for charity. I really enjoyed myself ... would go every year if I didn't live so far away.
PS. - proceeds go to charity
