Ok. I know this is not really the site .....but some of you are amazingly well informed in general, maybe you can help me on this one. I am looking for some sheet music . For two songs. 1. "Zahl mir was" composer,Franz Bummerl as performed by Ernst Mosch and Eigerländer 2. " Die Knödelköchin" composer, Karel Vacek as performed by Ernst Mosch and Eigerländer

If no-one has a clue, maybe you could point me in the right direction! cheers Brigid

Everything I found was in German, so I think we need MudGaurd or Wolfgang on this one.......oh, it was all text, no sheet music.

"Zahl mir was" is on the repertoire of the brass band "Harmonie Meimbressen". Contact frankgoette@t-online.de, he might help.
By the way, Mosch's band is named Egerländer, omit the "i".

I just remembered that E. M. had founded his own publishing house. URL: http://www.mosch-musikverlag.de/
After listening to the opening piece click into the picture.
Unfortunately I didn't find the 2 pieces you are asking for in the program, but you may contact the firm and they will be able to help you, I hope.

Sorcha - may I introduce myself as a German native speaker and musician/drummer, too?
If a question about German music or litterature arises, don't hesitate to ask me, too.
It helps a lot if you insert the word "german" into the subject field, because it is the first search (CTRL+F) I start with in the forum.

Wilfred, thanks a million. I am familiar with the Mosch Musik VErlag, and have bought concert tickets and CDs from them too! My husband is really the BIG fan, and I thought it would be good to get the sheet music. We want to try and give the Brass band in the village something new to work on. Thanks for your help anyway! Brigid ps: The i in Egerländer was a misprint!
