I recall a few more of the lyrics......"pickin' up prunes, squeezen' oil out of olives".....I used to love that song when I was a kid back in the 40s listening to farm report radio sorta stuff. I would love to know more. I google it every year or so and keep hoping that it will come to life.

Has anyone ever heard of this song? Need title and/or artist.

Many years ago I heard a song on the radio that started "Hey Okie if you see Arkie, tell him Tex has a job for him out in California" Can't remember the title or who sang it.
