Subject: Glocoat Blues From: Bee-dubya-ell Date: 20 Aug 02 - 10:05 PM Does anyone have the lyrics to "Glocoat Blues" from Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's "Stars and Stripes Forever" album. All I can remember is the chorus: Woke up this morning I believe I'll wax my floor But I'm using that Johnson's Glocoat I ain't gonna have to wax no more Yet another instance of the dreaded "I'd get the lyrics off of the album myself, but the ex-wife took that one with her in the divorce" affliction. Thanks Bruce |

Have found out that the author is Glocoat-Blues (Jimmie Fadden). For others interested in NGDB lyrics, here are three of the sites with their lyrics. Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Lyrics #1 |
