I play/sing Martha's Harbour, so I can jot down the words and chords for you. Might not be for a couple of days though as I'm a bit busy.

If you type Martha's in the Filter box and set the Age to 3 years you'll find a thread on Martha's Harbour which has a link I posted to a tab of the song (words included).
