Last week I bought a secondhand Fleetwood 5-String Banjo. Searching the web brings links with Fleetwood Mac only. Is there anybody who can tell me anything about the maker, types, prices.

believe "fleetwood" instrument come from the same stable as encore - in the UK JHS distribute them (amongst others no doubt) - entry level instrument but can be set up to sound very good....

I also recall a re badging a few years ago when (I think) encore changed over to the Fleetwood badge - my local music shop had both alng side each other and his orders came through in a mixed bag of bames

hope the above is of some use - but don't quote me I'm an old Folky with a very short memory
