Looking for help here. I'm annotating a folksong collection from Arkansas that includes a song they call "Old John Bull." [FL: "Once upon a time Old Joh Bull flew in a ragin fury."] Song treats tea tax/Rev. War, has "Yankee Doodle" chorus. It's not in folksong collections from Ozark region. Any leads on this one?

Wasn't that written by Jimmy Driftwood?
