I sang this song to my wife for years. She thought I made it up. One morning she heard it on the radio. She woke me up yelling, "THE'RE SINGING YOUR SONG ON THE RADIO". Then I told her the truth.

Fantastic - a friend was asking me to find "Loving You Has Made Me Bananas" only the other day.

She'd gone to a fancy dress party where there was supposed to be a theme of song titles, and she pucked this one for her costume, with a great heavy bunch of bananas incorporated. Trouble was, no one had ever heard of it. She felt a right banana, she said.

Anyway, I promised to try to find it, but no luck. Of course I should have tried the Mudcat without wasting any time.

Now can anyone tell me how to copy the relevant file from that link that nice nameless GUEST (Date: 09 Jul 06 - 11:30 AM) gave us? I mean so that I can stick it on a CD to play on an ordinary CD player, and give it to her.

OH MY GOSH....I've been searching for this song for years...my mother sang it to me and then began driving my children crazy with it all their life. I thought she made it up or something. I wish I could hear the actual recording of it...can't tell you how glad I am to hear that I wasn't the only child drove bananas by this song.
