Great festival, with smashing survivors sessions in the cafe and Mill on Sunday morning/luchtime. I've already put it in my diary for next year to come to the festival wearing a bandage over my left eye!
Well done Derek and Mary!
"In a cavern ...!"
Alan
PS Glad Col K slept on his own in the corridor but John and Steve did their best in his absence ...

Abuwood

Sorry to have missed you. Only managed to reach the Sunday session in the end (about 1pm). Alan WW said I'd just missed you. Noreen: Sorry I we didn't get to speak, but at least we waved! Nice to see you :-)
Julie B

I'm getting the train down this evening with my daughter.

Look forward to seeing lots of Mudcatters there, I'll be the one in the Shellback Chorus sweatshirt (or Shellback T-shirt if the sun comes out) so come and say hello.

There may be a few other Shellback-types there (a few?!) but we're a friendly bunch so say hello anyway! We only seem to be performing once, so plenty of time for informal singarounds, which we do very well.

See you soon!

If my niece wasnt getting married on the twelfth.I'd be up for a look round even tho'Derek and Mary havn't booked me this year.Indoor camping is every body in a school hall or similar, with tea/coffee facilities at a sensible price. Go for it,and have a good one.

Julie, the site says that you can pay on the day.

Don't worry about snoring, I'll sing a lullaby which will guarantee snoreless slumbers...

Noreen you need ear plugs too.... bloke next to me last time I tried it was deafening with his snoring, and don't forget Col will likley be there too... Nevertheless we are braving indoor camping again Friday/Saturday even after my never again remarks cos it looks like such a good do.

Bring your sleeping bag and find out, Sal- there'll be lots of us there! About 10 mins walk from the main site, according to Mary.

Hi. I have been looking at this site for some time and have just become a member.

Bromyard for me is the last outdoor camping festival of the year (the mice nesting under my tent were disappointed when I took the tent down!) but I am looking forward to the Banbury Folk 'n Good Music day. I stewarded there last year (and this) and Derek and Mary have put together a super range of guests for all tastes on the Saturday (12 October). The free sessions on the Friday and Sunday were excellent last year as well.

Maybe I will meet some of you there.

Adrian
