Subject: New Venue and Website From: GUEST,John Nyman Date: 25 Sep 02 - 09:07 AM The Winona Folk Acoustic Music Concert Series just established its new website. Interested artists making their way up through northwest New Jersey, give us a looksee. If you're in the area, we'd love to have you! Shows are scheduled monthly (for now) and we have artists lined up through April 2003. The wonderful guitarist John Sheehan is performing at Winona Folk on October 5. Check out the web site for the full calendar! The web address is www.winonafolk.org and you can contact me (John Nyman) at John@winonafolk.org Thanks! |

Subject: RE: New Venue and Website From: jenyman Date: 25 Sep 02 - 02:51 PM Yes, half-way between and right in the middle... The Minstrel CoffeeHouse, in Morristown, is the nearest other folk music venue. There used to be the Common Ground Coffeehouse in Newton. Saddly, they no longer operate. We hope to fill the vacuum in the northwest Morris/Sussex County vicinity. John |
