My dear Watson, just to make things clear. Monday night at the White Lion is a folk club not a session. All the best PP.

No Raggytash. This a far more salubrious alcoholic beverage consumption centre, where a sophisticated and cosmopolitan clientele participate in witty conversation and much ribald laughter, whilst enjoying the latest facilities in human waste disposal technology. All the best PP
PS People from Leigh are not called "pie-eaters but "Laithers".

Not a million miles away from the White Lion at Swinton - also every Monday night.

Is this the tavern whence I saw you last, the one with the traditional dog turds on the carpet, the ascetically pleasing cracked ceramics in the toilets, wallpaper delicately cascading away from the prettily peeling plaster. The one where the Alsatians approached in two's and the boys in blue didn't?

You said "no miserable gits" you have just alienated the vast majority of folk music players!

Best regards, A.Git

Pied Piper Enterprises (purveyors of music to the poor and unknown) is pleased to announce the commencement of a traditional music extravaganza every Monday night at the Bull's Head Public House central Manchester. This excellent hostelry (supplying a selection of well kept REEL ALES) is located at the junction of Fairfield St and London road, immediately across the road from the new low-level entry to Piccadilly train station and Metro tram stop. Traditional instrumentalists of all varieties are cordially invited to attend this feast of furious fun and celebrate their digital facility in rendering the dance music and airs of Europe and beyond. Proceedings commence at 8:30pm.
No miserable Gits please.

Yours Pied Piper
